Preparing and Creating Shipment Document for Loading
- Monitor all pallets per Store that need to be dispatched
- Monitoring attendance sheet and overtime of Transport Dept.
- Monitor all urgent Items or Orders that need to be dispatched.
- Checking and monitoring schedule of replenishment delivery in every store
- Monitoring and keeping all records of shipment documents that have been dispatched.
- Monitor all shipments in the system that are still open and close to them.
- Creating a waybill for Shipment that has been dispatched.
- Fixing some errors in shipment in the system.

- Receiving Local, Far East and Ace Shipment.
- Uploading of Inbound Delivery for confirmation in SAP System.
- Reporting the Daily Inbound Delivery.
- Fixing and Solving Item Problem
- Reporting New GRN from new receiving Inbound Delivery to different buyers or department
- Receiving Outbound Delivery return from different store.
- Reporting Outbound Delivery damages and for adjustment items received to the Inventory Department.
- Knowledge in SAP System.
- Communicate and Settling problem regarding SRF posted and on process to logistics department.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Verify all items being received and/or shipped to or from the warehouse
• Creates detailed daily, weekly and bi-weekly reports for IT in tracking materials received and accepted.
• Noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages upon inspection of material
• Ensure all material is stocked promptly and accurately
• Maintain a high level of inventory accuracy through cycle counting and process improvements
• Receive and issue all material in DynMRO ( same as MAXIMO)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
• Manages distribution and filing of records for established accounts
• Prepares reports on materials, supplies and equipment availability, storage space, and relocation of material
• Experience in dealing with asset management, warehouse processes, and distribution administration
• Knowledge in Microsoft excel and Microsoft outlook
• Cargo documentation and logistical movement control experience
• Examines stored materials and reports deterioration and damage
• Monitor and solve any Warehouse issues in DynMRO (same as MAXIMO)
• Directs personnel in performance of warehousing, inventory, supply, and daily workflow instructions
• Good interpersonal skills with an ability to lead, coach, and manage others
• Working knowledge of DynMRO (same as MAXIMO)
• Perform other duties as required
