Job Description :-
Performs wet and instrumental analysis (HPLC, UPLV, GC-FID, UV-VIS, FTIR, KF, Particle size analyzer, Viscometer, TOC, Melting point device, conduct meter, pH meter, Balance, muffles and ovens, centrifuge, Dissolution tester, Disintegration tester, Hardness tester, Friability tester) of in-process and finished products.
Performs physical testing and chemical analysis of Pharmaceutical Packaging Material.
May Perform Equipment maintenance and calibrates as required.
Responsible for Chemical Analysis of water according to Pharmacopeia.
Carrying out material sampling as needed to conduct QA audits.
Accurately document the results of inspections and testing using standard forms and templates.
Write documents for GMP Compliance Such as Standard test methods, Validation reports and SOPs
Assist in the preparation of analytical data for internal and external meetings and presentation.
Provide Technical assistance and training to other laboratory Personnel.
Understand and Comply with all company Policies, Safety procedures, and SOPs including cGMPs and cGLPs.
