Coordinating, monitoring and supervising all purchasing activities of the
catering operations pertaining to the group in Beirut such as market survey,
L.P.O. preparation, price analysis, cost control and stocking for MEA ,
Lebanese Air Transport, Beirut International Airport, Liban Glaces
International College canteen, Casino Du Liban etc,
