Duties include
- Company set up in Dubai
- Liaise with Dubai Economic Department, Ministry of Labour, Immigration for all setup functions
- Manage client/supplier relationships
- Process all staff documentation/HR issues
- Recruitment of new staff
- Oversee all admin functions
- Oversee organisation of focus groups and research recruitment for research projects
- Design questionnaires for clients
- Set up second office in Riyadh
- Seek out and establish new supplier relations
- Interview respondents for qualitative research
- Compile Reports
Duties included
- Manage 24/7 contact centre operation ensuring adequate staffing levels during each shift pattern
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors
- Preserve relationships with Corporate Clients to ensure agreed SLA’s are maintained
- Conduct training sessions with staff on all aspects of customer service, selling techniques, negotiation skills, and objection handling
- Provide reports to clients and management
- Seek out new corporate deals to boost the company portfolio
- Managed multiple departments within parent company: Client relations, Driving team, Office/Admin Staff, & IT team
