Supervise the install of various configurations of SINCGAR's and Harris Radio Systems in to both wheel and track vehicles. Troubleshoot systems already installed, replace failed components with new, test and check to ensure systems work 100% in order that the military can perform and complete the mission. Supervise service and testing of Antenna Systems to ensure they are ready for use, checking to see that there are no missing parts, damage and that the RF cable is good and tested for power out and reflect. Use technical manual schematics for radio system and internal-communications systems to ensure all cables and wiring are installed correctly to the path of direction that they are to be run. All work performed according to statement of work policy and to military standard. Supervise 50 personnel, inspect all work performed prior to QC and QA inspection to ensure quality of product to include Process all paperwork.

Supervise 76 personnel on their daily duties of receiving, classification of products, processing products for shipment, storage of products in containers, loading products on trucks for shipment and tracking outbound products.

In the performance of my duties I go by the statement of work policy in place by CSA LTD, technical manuals for the equipment and systems I am working with and according to military standard. I supervise personnel that I am training, new hires to perform this job according to company and military policy and standards. I inspect all work performed to ensure that radio systems installed in to military vehicles operate at 100% so that the US Army can perform and complete their missions.
