The turnaround and restructuring practice is Dutchko’s sweet spot with professionals that have extensive experience in transforming businesses either in a distressed situation, growth ambition or for strategic reorientation.

Where companies are in a distressed situation or where there is non-alignment between management and shareholders, Dutchko is able to fill senior management positions and support in finding a permanent replacement. Chief Restructuring Officer

 Accountable for ascertaining client’s businesses to identify improvement opportunities and ensuring timely delivery of transformation projects.
 Consistently quantifying the operational and financial benefits that the organization stands to gain by tackling them, before implementing the devised solutions.
 Ensuring justifiable results and sustaining clients by transforming their organizations and realizing step-change performance, operational and financial improvements.
 Steadily developing and executing client training modules and workshops to enhance overall skills (operational, managerial, and quality) while also enhancing competencies of internal team; developing and realizing the annual budget and controlling the P&L.

Liable for identifying business improvement opportunities for clients worldwide; involved with in excess of 100 business analyses for clients in various industries all over the world while securing new business, liaising with clients at the C-level and Board-levels to help them understand the benefits and eventually sold multiple multi-million-dollar assignments to Fortune 500 companies worldwide.

 Accountable for building the business in India which included winning new business, building relationships with clients as well as training and supporting Renoir project managers and consultants and also bringing about a positive cultural change; also overseeing the delivery of business improvement projects in co-ordination with project managers and executive management.

Turned around the organization and increased throughput by 26% and delivery performance from 78% to 98%; started a 3-year program resulting in new IT systems, new products, new markets & clients and new distribution channels resulting in 54% increase in revenue, 27% increase in EBIDTA, 12% increase in market share and a share price increase of 23%.

Conceptualized and established kinderWORLD, the first private day-care organization in The Netherlands and transformed it into a full service child-care and eventually to an integrated, independently run organization with 24 locations, 3000 children per day and 375 licensed and trained employees with revenue growing from zero to more than € 50, 000, 000.
