Generally support, manage, coordinate and execute departmental operation to meet the objectiveof the corporate strategic HSE Plan.
Facilitate the integration of HSE management system principles by supporting accountable managers.

Quantitative and semi quantitative risk assessments for various new activities as per the method statements and brief the risks to all the personals involved.
Active member in external and internal certification audits.
Recommending various safe designs and Engineering solutions according to the hierarchy of risks with cost effectiveness in mind.
Inspection of plant, lifting gears and equipment.
Coordinating various site activities with engineering team to recommend safe working practice.
Preparing the training matrices(Management as well as workforce) and ensure that the training are conducted as scheduled
To fix HSE objectives and targets that are SMART(Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time bound)
To monitor the PTW systems are correctly followed with all the control measures in place
To Manage and control the site Emergency escape routes/plans with adequate Fire protection (Active and Passive) as well as to train the site personals on the Emergency preparedness.
To prepare and maintain all the safety documents and records.
COSHH assessments and suitable trainings for all the toxic substances.
Monitoring/supervising and conducting the Safety Audits for the Subcontractors
Serve as an adviser in implementing, establishing and improving occupational health and safety of the organization.
