Coordinate to Electrical designer for any conflict on actual site installation.
Raising RFI to Consultant for confirmation and details information.
Close coordination to Purchasing department for material delivery on site.
Checking the material submittal, assuring that it is as per project specification.
Locates and repairs defects in electrical system, which involve the performance of difficult electrical task.
Plans and Supervises the work of skilled electricians performing electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work on high and low voltage, Fire Alarm System, Fire Fighting System, City owned electrical wiring systems.
Reviews for accuracy the written work of others, such as time cards, mileage sheets and work reports.
Assuring that all installation is with in International Standards and in accordance with the Qatar General Electric and water Authority KAHRAMAA
Checking all documents such as Materials Submittals, Method of Statement.
Conduct tool box meeting to ensure safety works for all workers and personnel.
Reviewing project specification and implement it to the site.
Materials take off and prepare material request.
To ensure that all electrical activity is with in the program of civil works.
Direct coordination to all other trades prior for implementation.
Prepare work schedule in line with the main contractors program.
Prepare the look ahead program in weekly, monthly basis and shall be properly observe at the site for implementation.
Attend coordination meeting with the Supplier, Main contractor and Consultant.
Prepare PTW for Qatar Petorleum Engineer to discuss and monitor
Assure that all materials, installation is with in the Project Specification
Check and carefully study the Project BOQ, to assure that all works is with in the contract, and budgets.
Prepare Method of statement for the Project.
Giving and always up date project completion percentage for billing purpose.
Assure Safety in all aspect to accomplish zero accident in the project.
Attend Inspection with the Consultant, for electrical installation .
Lead the Testing and Commissioning Team. And Prepare the reports of the testing results.
Attend Inspection for Civil Defense, for inspection of Fire Alarm system (Representing the Company as Registered Fire Alarm Engineer, Approved by Civil Defense.)
Attend Inspection With KAHRAMAA, for Electrical Installation ( Representing the Company as Registered A Grade Electrical Engineer, Approved by KAHRAMAA)
Involve in maintenance Department for trouble shooting and gives on hand solutions for proper maintenance of the systems. Such as Fire Alarm, Power/ Lighting system, Telephone/ Data.

Rough-in works/lay-out and installation of pipes for power system/lighting and auxiliary.
Installation of devices /lighting fixture and auxiliary
Installation of cable trays and trunkings.
Loop checking of all circuits / homeruns and other system
Panel installation / dressing of cable and final termination.
Loop checking, resistance, megger testing.
Electrical maintenance.

Keeping all works as per program, both sub-contractor and main contractor programmed.
Direct coordination with quantity surveyor for work done, for progress billing.
Assure quality works as per standards
Making advance programmed for material that need on the site, for ordering purpose
Implement approved shop drawing for construction.
Attend construction coordination meeting.
Assure that all daily task are properly done.
Direct coordination to other sub-contractor for work implementation.
