Responsable as PMO Director of a coordination of a project (185M euros) about the refurbishment and change concept of branches of the Bank.
In November of 2011 I founded the AIMA. A general contractor specializing intervention for the design, construction and maintenance in the field of retail and private sectors and e-commerce sales of products for the interior design
• Efficiently managed all design, construction and maintenance work during the development of a new HQ in Rome for the bank’s clients. The sales for the first year were about €400K. The company gained revenue of €8M, managing about 150 operations in the territory and adding 25 technical personnel to the workforce.
• Appointed as the Division Director, assigned to acquire and maintain new clients nationwide.
• Provided requisite support to the BNL (National Bank of Labour) for a period of about 9 months during the process of establishing BNL’s branch plan within the technical department, reporting directly to the General Director. The aim was to open 50 new stores and renovate 50 branches by the end of the year.
• Provided necessary guidance to young employees, organising their work and monitoring the progress and quality, aided by an external management structure.
• Played a focal role in accomplishing the goal of 52 new openings and 48 renovations by the end of the year.
• Post the merger of IMI SpA and Banca San Paolo di Torino, deployed to HQs in Turin as the Chief of Quality Control and Procedures.
• In Rome, facilitated the merger of the real estate industry with the Banco di Napoli, the number one banking institution in Southern Italy, by implementing all the measures undertaken during the Bank of Adriatic’s merger.
• Branch Manager for South Regions, about 220 branches for about 60, 000 squared meter. The budget for each year for the branches managed by me was about 4 M € per new branches, 6M € for revamping or restyling and about 1 M€ for ordinary maintenance.
• Served as the technical expert and performed all tasks related to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety at work conditions.
• Responsible for managing the budget allocated for “special measures”; successfully represented the bank within the Government Committee of Italian Banks (ABI) for the definition of new standards of safety.
• Acted as Energy Manager for the IMI Group and assumed responsibility of establishing and implementing methods for the proper use of energy and all necessary processes/procedures to achieve significant energy savings during the production process.
• Served as designer and project manager for the engineering company and effectively developed factory plans for reputed clients such as Birra Peroni, SpA; Perugina SpA; Telespazio; etc.
• Managed the technical and technological implementation of the company’s establishments in Naples, Rome and Padua.
• Responsible for piping planning and design, in line instrumentation and assignments related to heat and cold generator.
