Duties;
• Demonstrating how a product meets a client’s needs.
• Working with existing customers to help them get the most out of the products they have bought.
• Providing sales support during virtual and onsite client meetings.

Guide and Co-ordinate the academic projects of various students. I worked with various software for designing PCB and microcontroller programming. That helped me to build up good analytical and problem solving skills, also helped to gain more knowledge of various peripheral input and output devices worked with microcontroller. It also helped me to retain my programming skills.

Worked as a Line trainer & Technical support engineer for solving faults with mobile phone’s Printed Circuit Boards with the help of J-Tag and schematics & layouts. The responsibilities also include investigating and recording the common issues with the Samsung smart phones. This helped to gain a good knowledge in troubleshooting electronics circuits.
