Handling of Piping, Pressure vessels (i.e. filter vessels, H2S Scrubber vessels, both are ASME “U” stamped vessels)and structural construction related QC jobs at site such as incoming material inspection, fit up inspection, checking of welding parameters during welding, NDT co ordinations, documentations and site co ordinations.
Preparation of Method Statement and Inspection test plan as per Client specification.
QA (ISO 9001) related document preparations (Quality Objectives, Internal audits, NCR raising and closeouts).
Well knowledge about GASCO DGS and ADCO specifications.
WPS, PQR preparations and qualifications as per API 1104 and ASME Sec IX Standard and Qualification of Welder as per the project requirements.
