Duties and Responsibilities:
• Managing overall operations for executing Interior Fit Out and Joinery Works within cost and Time table, participate in project review meetings for evaluating project progress.
• Prepare project schedules and monitoring projects with respect to cost, Resource Deployment, Time over-runs, Quality and HSE Compliance to ensure timely execution of projects.
• Designing and Implementing stringent systems, detailed design and quality plans / manuals to ensure high quality standards during all the stages of project.
• Support QA/QC Dept. in the implementation of Project QA/QC Plan and in preparation of site specific project procedures.
• Final review of technical submittals / material submittals / MS and prepare ITP ensuring conformance to project specification.
• Attend all Quality control meetings with client, Project Management, consultants.
• Implementing Quality policy and objectives.
• Prepare technical submittal such as Material Approval Request (MAR), Method of Statement (MS), Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), Form Submittal and compliance statement.
• Verify contractor quality requirements as specified in the approved vendor’s list and contractor documentation submittals.
• Good knowledge of all interior Materials, Wood, Veneer, MDF, Plywood, Adhesive, Metals, Glass, Fire rated doors, Non-Fire rated doors and Acoustic Performance.
• Assist in any collaboration between project managers for the required project engineering documents such as shop drawings, material submittals and method statement.
• Assisting in developing project contractual documents such as execution program in collaboration with Planning Engineer, project quality plan, health and safety plan, logistic plan, Leadership Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program.
• Maintain a good understanding of the project priorities based on project execution programmed including but not limited to engineering, procurement, cost and execution without compromising safety & quality.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Overall management and direction in office / Site QA/QC Department in the absence of QA/QC Manager. Work as an acting QA/QC Manager.
• Provide guidance, lead, train, coordinate, and assist project team as and when required by Project Manager.
• Prepared Project QA/QC Plan and QHSE Plan for all Project.
• Implementation of Project QA/QC Plan and in preparation of site specific project procedures.
• Manage effectively a team of QA/QC Engineers the day to day work load to achieve project-specified inspection and testing requirements onsite and offsite.

Recent project accomplished; WORKERS HOSPITAL AND INTEGRATED HEALTH CENTER under HAMAD MEDICAL CORP. located at Mesaieed, Doha, Qatar. Having a contract amount of QR620 million, with a total lot area of 154, 000 Sq. m. The development consist of a main building comprising with 200 Beds, In-patient hospital and out-patient hospital and a Health Center with Ancillary building, also separated building for Mosque and Central Utility Plant.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Overall management and direction of Site QA/QC Department in the absence of QA/QC Manager.
• Provide guidance, lead, train, coordinate, and assist project team as and when required by Project Manager.
• Support QA/QC Manager in the implementation of Project QA/QC Plan and in preparation of site specific project procedures.
• Manage effectively a team of QA/QC Engineers the day to day work load to achieve project-specified inspection and testing requirements onsite and offsite.
• Oversee compliance to customer requirements, legal and regulatory requirements, international standards and Company IMS applicable in his level.
• Final review of technical submittals / material submittals / MS and prepare ITP ensuring conformance to project specification.
• Prepare for quality checks defining parameters applicable the steps enumerated in the method statement.
• Preparation of weekly and monthly quality report indicating the status of work inspections, material inspection, and non conformities including corrective actions, preventive actions, areas of improvement and any issues related to Quality.
• Prepare internal quality audit plan for the Project, Subcontractors and Suppliers.
• Ensure that project quality documentation requirements and records are properly documented and maintained. After execution final handing over documents and as built drawings.
• Issuance of Non Conformance if non conforming to approved material submittal.
• Review and control of records/ register of drawing / shop drawing distribution of latest approved drawings and stamping "superseded" on superseded drawings. Dissemination of latest status.
• Receiving inspection verification of material to received on site (packaging, delivery note, mill certificates, test certificates, MSDS, etc) prior to raise Material Inspection Request in the absence of subordinates.
• Conduct, participate in audit as and when required by QA/QC Manager / Corporate QHSE Manager for all departments and external, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Check and arrange Material Receiving Inspection for Consultant approval. Also, check and arrange required third party material testing witness by the Consultant if required in the absence of subordinates.
