•Coordinating and handling the General Manager schedule.

•Monitoring and handling the Portal & Electronic Contracting Network of Saudi Aramco for RTC, and specific joint venture & projects.
•Assists departments for the documents/requests that needs to be processed.
•Prepares & submit monthly report and monthly time record for payroll.
•Prepares pre-qualification /tender document for Aramco & KJO for future project.
•Maintains & keeps an adequate inventory of office supplies & accountable forms.
•Prepares & submit required reports and memorandum to the superior.
•Prepares quotation for agents and clients .
•Updates ledger for product inventory & raw materials received.
•Assists workers regarding work related applications & inquiries.
•Serves as a telephone, fax and photocopier operator inside the factory.
•Prepares & submit monthly time record for payroll.

•Report directly to the Owner/Factory Administrator regarding some business matters.
•Receives & checks loan application.

•Updates passbook for capital equity & loan payment.
•Maintains & keeps membership records & in-charge for requisition of supplies & safekeeping of accountable forms.
•Prepares & submit required reports to the superior.
•Servicing clients through cash withdrawal, deposit, check encashment and accepting payments.
