1. Providing administrative support to the Director of Administration and Finance
2. Lead the administration department to ensure quality operation in the school
3. Coordinate the relationship between the different departments and ensure efficient operation
4. Manages relationship and assist in establishing constructive relations with various government bodies including coordination and communications with other private and other organizations for obtaining required government approvals and submission of progress reports as required
5. Managing HR related issues which includes but not limited to the following:
I. Receives application for teaching and non-teaching personnel in the school and forwards them to the principal for screening and interview
II. Processes documents of newly hired employees
III. Prepares and issues appointment and / or re-assignment papers
IV. Supervises evaluation of administrators and non-teaching personnel
V. Supervises the Administrative staff
6. Creating and maintaining Personnel & Administration’s data base
7. Implements/updates (where applicable) the Personnel Policies & Procedures
8. Administering the Procurement unit to ensure compliance with rules and regulations
9. Facilitate in responding to students/parents issues related to the School
10. Prepares bi-monthly payroll deductions
11. Plans/Schedules/Follows-up on Social events/activities in cooperation with the marketing team
12. Prepares Monthly Withholding Tax
13. Authorized by the Board of Trustees to coordinate / liaise with different organizations / government agencies for the betterment of the institution
In-charge of General Affairs Section. Work includes but not limited to the following:
1. Asset Management
2. Camp Administration
3. Vehicle Maintenance
4. Maintenance Activities
5. HR Administration - Selection / Hiring of Workers, Preparation and computation of salary.
6. General Administrative works - Writing correspondences as required by the Admin Manager, assist in the bidding process which includes but not limited to writing of bidder's invitation, award recommendation.
Payroll preparation, formulate and implement administrative guidelines, assist in the preparation of monthly invoices, office and camp administration, attend to matters related to administrative issues. Discharges the function of the Manager in relation to administrative matters.

Preparation of Operating and Business Plan, formulate trainings / seminars, Contracting representation.
