JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Monitors workplace activities to ensure that workers comply with company policies
• Conduct Daily Toolbox Talk, Protect company properties from damages
• Stop the work if there is imminent danger to workers or properties
• Investigate accidents and make accident reports
• Prepares Weekly Safety IMS reports.
• Daily prepares level 1 or safety observation report.
• Ensures worksites are free of work hazards.
• Ensure of all rigging paraphernalia's/equipment's are inspected, color coded and safe to use.
• Ensure that all cargoes/materials are safe to lift and transfers to avoid accidents and mishandling.
• Monitors equipment's daily inspection checklist. (Crane, Manlift and Forklift).
• Monitors equipment third party inspection report/sticker are up to date.
• Monitor and ensure that operator's TUV certificates are valid.
• Monthly inspect equipment's fire extinguisher and ensures they have valid maintenance inspection sticker.
• Ensure that workers maintains, wear and use personal protective equipment correctly in the performance of their works.
SAUDI ARAMCO TANAJIB MARINE FACILITIES STEVEDORING PROJECT TANAJIB K.S.A January 2014 to June 27, 2016
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Monitors workplace activities to ensure that workers comply with Saudi Aramco policies
• Ensure of all rigging paraphernalia's/equipment's are inspected, color coded and safe to use.
• Ensure that all cargoes/materials are safe to lift and transfers to avoid accidents.
• Ensure that all critical lift have critical lift plan signed and approved by Rigger I
• Monitors equipment's daily inspection checklist. (Crane, pipe loader and forklift).
• Monitors equipment third party inspection report/sticker are up to date.
• Monitor and ensure that operator's Saudi Aramco certificates are valid.
• Conduct weekly safety meeting.
• Prepare incident/accident reports.
• Monthly inspect equipment's fire extinguisher and ensures they have valid maintenance inspection sticker.
• Ensure that workers maintains, wear and use personal protective equipment correctly in the performance of their works.
• Prepares daily and monthly time sheet for all personnel.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Responsible and accountable for the proper performance of field safety officers under my authority.
• Periodically inspect the worksite, report any unsafe acts/conditions to the supervisor and foreman, provide recommendations to correct deficiencies and follow-up to ensure corrective actions have been taken.
• Conducts safety kickoff meetings with subcontractors to explain site specific safety requirements and expectations.
• Communicate safety rules and standards to the contractor and subcontractor workforce.
• Keep records of safety meetings, including agendas and personnel attendance records.
• Ensure that workers maintains, wear and use personal protective equipment correctly in the performance of their works.
• Keep a permanent record of job-related injuries/illnesses, near misses, fires, motor vehicle accidents, property damage, crane and heavy equipment incidents.
• Maintains or helps in the maintenance of an efficient accident record system and coordinates actions taken by the management to eliminate accident causes.
• Participate in incident investigations, safety meetings, drills, etc. and conduct/ facilitate safety training sessions.
