Wheatstone LNG Project-Onslow, Western Australia, Australia
• Coordinate and communicate with the module yard in Tanggu, China to oversee module forecast delivery dates, discuss technical information, safety issues, material ship loose items and carry over works.
• Module joint inspection with Australian quarantine inspection service (AQUIS) on carrier heavy transport vessel when arrived in Australia
• Send visual inspection invites to all parties involve client, contractor and SMP subcontractor to do a receipt and detailed walk down to verify and validated carry over works, non-conformance, pipe preservation using Cortec, survey target points prior to module fit up and final alignment.
• Coordinate between design and stick-built spools production team concerning design information and issues to ensure our end product meets high level of quality.
• Receive award recognition for resolving issues with stick-built spools priorities and delivery schedule dates with first KPI’s which is Inlet pipeline downstream connection offshore pipeline.
• Receive award recognition for resolving issues with module piping shoe sliding plate.
• Receive award recognition from client for a planned and executed with 6 field piping engineers to lead flare punch walkdown leading to a minimal punch list and released for pneumatic testing and blowing successful without any leakage.
• Raised FMR’s to ensure adequate consumables to support KPI construction schedules
• Generate and raised RFI/FCD/NCR and back charge notice.
• Responsible for visual receiving inspection of piping and equipment
• Understand, review and approved piping hydrotest packs, blow packs, piping work packs
• Witness piping hydro/pneumatic, blowing activities and enforce strict adherence to safety guidelines
• Assign to Borescope inspection team to review videos photos of pipe cleanliness category 1, Cortec condition and make necessary judgement to hydrolase blasting, mechanical cleaning and manual Cleaning.
• Reviewed and approved Piping Work Packages (WP) documents

Borouge 3 Project-Al Ruwais, United Arab Emirates
• Construction Supervisor-Piping as part of Project Management Team role, responsible for monitor and oversee EPC Contractor piping and pipeline construction, quality and safety activities in compliance with Company Project Contract and Specification.
• Piping and Pipeline Construction progress monitoring, 3 weeks look ahead and day to day activities for piping on all phases of work performed by EPC Contractor areas.
• Submit daily/weekly piping stick built and production reports to construction manager for the Company Management Meeting

• Responsible on all pipe and pipe support regarding substitutions, technical and site issues, solving technical queries from contractor, making Work Order (WO) for Direct-hire work, and back charging subcontractor
• Answers contractor request for information (RFI), technical direction on subcontractor supervisor and craft, made substitution on shortage material on pipe, fittings, flanges, pipe support to mitigate schedule, raised field material requisition (FMR), approved material warehouse request (MWR) for piping and pipe support
• Production of as-built drawings on piping, P&ID and pipe support revision thru Field Change Notice (FCN)
• Creating hydrotest packages for direct-hire works
• Calculation of stored energy on FL & FLC line for pneumatic testing, test blank on compressor and pipe thickness
• Responsible for all quality inspections on piping as per ITP

• Field Piping Engineer on Khursaniyah Gas Project. Responsible for piping on train 1 and 2 LPDGA Unit.
• Solving contractor’s technical queries, rerouting/redesigning lines and supports in field
• Issuing of day work orders/site instructions and liaising with Lead Piping Field Engineer and Superintendent on all engineering matters
• Production of as-built drawings on piping, P&ID and support revision thru Field Change Notice (FCN)
• Assists field material procurement in inspection and receipt of piping materials, review and approved material requisitions of field warehouse requisition. Coordinate and interfacing with other discipline
• Approve material substitution on pipe, fittings and flanges to mitigates shortages
• Check that all project documents that are maintained in the site and pipe shop are the latest revision before commencement of work
• Continuously check and review the changes status during the work

• Piping Engineer on Sakhalin II - LNG/OET Plant Project. Responsible for Pipe Fabrication on process train 1 & 2
• Monitor and supervise the inspector’s quality activities to ensure compliance to the relevant inspection and test plan. Check that all project documents that are maintained in the pipe shop are the latest revision before commencement
• Coordinate inspection activities discuss and resolve where possible problems relating to quality with company
• Prepares inspection and testing report for air soap test of reinforcing pad and hydrotest for first spool of the equipment. Assign qualified welder in fabrication shop area based on Welder Procedure Specification (WPS), ASME IX and B31.3
• Check Daily production report for welding, RT, PT, MT & PWHT
• Site experience of working with Welders and Construction Crews in the field and pre-fabrication yard

• Piping Engineer on South Pars Phase 4 & 5 Project. Responsible for Supervision for clearing punch list item prior to pressure testing and reinstatement for final client acceptance.
• Issuing of day work orders/site instructions and liaising with Area Piping Manager on all test packages and progress matters. Carrying out visual weld inspections, punch listing of complete systems prior to release of testing, witnessing and approving pressure tests, flushing ensuring applicable standards and specifications are adhered to during construction activities. Issuing daily/weekly of welding report, hydrotest packages reports to QA Manager
• Measure welding work, painting works & Insulation work in progress at site and do the reporting on a regular day to day basis
• Pre and Posttest walkdowns to verify outstanding items

• Piping Mechanical Engineer on Thermal Power Plant. Responsible for production of isometric drawings from general arrangement drawing (GA). Producing As-Built drawings of isometric, P&ID, pipe support, GA’s and equipment drawing.
• Interference checks and design review of all piping and equipment drawings to ensure quality, adherence to specification, resolving technical queries. Directly involve for 5 no. of piping engineer ensuring weekly progress and schedules are met.
• Prepares project planning, detail schedule, workloads, manhours and team performance to Project Manager
• Train cadet piping engineer on how to make isometric drawing from piping general arrangement drawing
• Attend project orientation, site inspection on production of steam/gas turbine and generator plant.
• Site visit of Hitachi fabrication plant for thermal power plant projects
• Technical meeting with Japanese engineer for project work schedule for preparing detailed piping fabrication and isometric drawing on main steam and high-pressure piping.
