slopes and grades, inverts, analyze tie-in connection points, calculate crossing
information with other utilities and calculate quantity estimates.
• Storm Drain Plans- prepare plan views and plotted profiles for storm drain
system, calculate inverts, slopes, crossing information with other utilities, check
minimum cover of pipes, add manholes and junction structures, calculate quantity
estimates and provide details.
• Sewer Plans- design sewer line works, manhole requirements, and design and plot profiles, calculate rim elevations, crossing information with other utilities,
check minimum cover, analyze tie-in points and calculate quantity estimates.
• Commercial Site Plans- design finish surface, ADA requirements, calculate finish
grade elevations, gutter, and ditches, proposed contour, retaining walls, parking
areas and ramps.
• Performs quality control/quality assurance (QAQC) of the plans and making it
sure that all the design aspects are completed before final submittal.
