Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible in Train Preparation.
• Ensure that revenue train depart and arrives on time.
• Ensure that passengers are safe when boarding and alighting from the train.
• Reports to immediate superior all the problem arises while on revenue.
• Make proper turn over to incoming train driver.
• Making necessary reports needed during your scheduled time.
• Attending seminars and orientations needed by a train driver.
• Act as customer service personnel during revenue period.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible in supervising a group of Inspectors designated by management.
• Doing outgoing inspection of all items in the warehouse.
• Meet with Quality Control Head weekly to discuss:
1. Individual Inspectors performance toward objective
2. Personal problems that may be developing
• Assure that all group employees are conforming to company policies (at work on time, work a full day, etc.)
• Determine training needs for the group and relate those needs to management
• Making annual inventory at the end of the year.
