Maintains forklift truck serviceability by conducting periodic inspections;
completing preventive maintenance requirements; identifying and repairing or
replacing faulty or suspect parts. Do preventative maintenance, planned and
planned maintenance.
* Job entails minor and major services engine, clutch and break overhauls.

Maintenance of Forklift machines such as TCM and Linde with VW that is BEQ
and BEU engines, Duetz and Perkins engines.

* Hydraulic and coolant hose replacement.
* Drive and load wheel replacement.
Fleet maintenance of trucks, Bell loggers, TLB, Front loaders, graders, skidders,
light vehicles, tractors mainly John Deere and Ford 5000etc, quad bikes and
generators.
Fleet Maintenance (Harare Workshop)
* Major and Minor services, brake overhauls, clutch overhauls, suspension
* Engine overhaul of the following engines:
* Light trucks Toyota Hiluxes, Isuzu KB250, KB280, Ford Bantum, Opel Corsa,
Mazda
* Heavy Trucks, Isuzu FR800, Bedford AWD 1316TL, Hino FF807D, Nissan
ND220, Nissan Cabster and Mazda T3500
* Mobile workshop, servicing and repairing of vehicles comprising fleet of the
above mentioned in all parts of the country.
Repairs and maintenance of fleet comprising of Nissan Hard Body
* Repairs and services of Marine engines (Yamaha)
* Repairs and maintenance of power generators (Perkins Engines
Quality control of fleet comprising of Land Rovers
* Control of Workshop Details
* Repair and maintenance of Marine Boats and Power generators of Volvo Engines
* Fleet comprised mainly of Land rovers, TDI and Petrol Engines (3.2L)
