• Inspection of MEP Installations and making sure that it is in accordance to approved shop drawings, project specifications and applicable standards.
• Inspection of MEP materials upon delivery and making sure it is in accordance to approved material submittals
• Issue internal observation report and non-compliance report for any non-compliance.
• Preparation of inspection request (IR) and material inspection request (MIR).
• Coordination to project consultant and site operation staff regarding inspections.
• Site supervision and monitoring of project progress or accomplishment and preparation of progress report and daily inspection report
• Assist in preparation and processing of project billing.
• Manage required submittals and approvals for work acceptance.
• Maintain inspections and tests records and documents at the jobsite.
• Authored Quality documents such as Electrical Method Statements, Electrical Checklists, and Electrical Inspection and Test Plans (ITP’s).
• Facilitate Inspection and Testing of Lightning Protection and Earthing System installation.
• Inspection of first fix and second fix installation for Lighting, Power and ELV systems for buildings and substations.
• Inspection of Electrical and Drainage materials prior to use in site.
• Taking charge of Inspection Request (IR) and Material Inspection Request (MIR).
• Ensure that execution of works procedures are in accordance to approved Method Statements, ITP’s and Project Specification through assisting in internal audit.
• Issuance of internal Non Compliance Report (NCR) for noncompliance and ensure the implementation and documentation of corresponding corrective action.
• Coordination to Consultants, Site engineers and Site Supervisor related to Work Inspection and Testing.
• Ensure all documentation is organized and uploaded to project portal (Aconex).
• Pre-commissioning inspection of electrical installation.
• Ensure that sub-contractor execute testing and commissioning accurately in accordance with approved method statements and test sheets.
• Documentation/Report related to inspection and testing activities
• Witness and manage electrical testing and commissioning activities
• Responsible for formulation of snag report for electrical installation.
• Produce redline drawing for any changes between actual installation and approve electrical drawings.
• Maintain testing and commissioning records and documents at site.
• Electrical works and materials inspection.
• Ensure that contractor execute their works accurately in accordance to the approved shop drawings, technical submissions, and checklists.
• Taking charge of contractors request for inspections.
• Preparation of QA/QC report and inspection report.
• Coordination to Site engineers, Foremen and Consultants
• Maintain QA/QC records and documents at the jobsite
