•Supporting all desktop workstations, Server, Printer, Plotter and Scanner for hardware and software troubleshooting.
•Setup all Windows operating system, like Window 7, Windows 10, Microsoft Exchange Server 2010, Windows Server 2008, Redhat Linux Enterprise, McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator for antivirus client security & MS Office Home and Business 2010 application.
•Configuring network connection, LAN, Intranet and Internet connections.
•Configuring Cisco Switches.
•Managing DNS, DHCP, DFS, FSRM & Active Directory using Windows Server 2008 & Linux server.
•Managing all security group policy for the desktop computers, users & servers.
•Supporting RSAF on configuring Desktop, Printer, Plotter and Scanner.
•Supporting RSAF to setup VCCS - Voice Communication Control Systems (air traffic management).
•Supporting RSAF to setup VDDS-Video Display Distribution Systems.
•Setup BMS-Building Management Systems for automating door access control, fire alarm, leak detection, light, HVAC package unit sensors, plumbing water sensor and surveillance camera (closed-circuit television) base on RSAF requirements.
•Procedure making & problem solving.
•Documents all troubleshooting technique.
•Instructor for RSAF and Saudi Civilian’s on how to maintain the system.
•Monitor all systems are fully operational in 24/7.
