• Processing purchase orders (loading to delivery).
• Receiving Deliveries (export and transfers).
• Reconciling Delivery notes with purchase orders.
• Organizing stock on shelves and temperature.
• Place stock in designated areas for ongoing projects.
• Monthly stock take and reconciliation of stock.
• Arranging repairs and returns with manufacturers and suppliers.
• Making sure all loading having invoice before leaving the warehouse.
• Checking the condition and expiration of the item before Loading.
• Preparing a Good Receipt Note GRN for every received shipment (LOCAL and EXPORT).
• Preparing a Loading Details Form (LDP) of Delivery Bill (DO) as per picked customer order (local and Overseas)..
• Responsible for time to time checking of stock movement.
• Maintain the accuracy of stocks and should be match between reports and physical count.
• Offering foods and beverages to add comfort to customer’s internet surfing activity
• Providing a complete computer facility or unit to customer
• Good customer assistant in all inquiries
• Making print outs, data encode, troubleshoot internet problems that a customer encounter
• Saving files with the use of primary and secondary store rages device.
• Labeling, designing print outs of documents as per customer needs.
• Monitoring all computers is in good condition and hygiene.
• Memorizing websites errors and how to trouble shoot them.
• Preparing daily profits reports for the boss.
