Pre-Contract:
- Reviewing of tender and contract documents including identification of scope of works, instruction to tender, notes on pricing, contract conditions, specifications, BOQ, drawings and send tender clarifications to the client
- Analyze and evaluate the nature of the project and scope of works and developed appropriate pricing mechanism.
- Conduct site visit inspection and attend Mid-tender meeting
- Coordinate with approved vendors for the supply and Sub-Contact quotation
- Compile tender circular and clarification and incorporate in tender price.
- Preparation of BOQ and estimates based from FEED and EPIC contracts
Post-Contract:
- Preparation of Bill of materials
- Project budget preparation
- Costing report and forecast
- Negotiating, drafting and analyzing contract terms and condition, compiling comments from review parties and incorporating the effect of all negotiations and clarification.
- Analyze and evaluate Suppliers and Sub-Contractors quotation.
- Negotiation and resolution of Sub-Contractors claims and dispute
- Value Supplier and Sub-contractors payments under fixed and re-measure contracts.
- Application of Interim payments including the approved variation order
- Preparation and reconciliation of claims with the Consultant/Client.
- Actual site measurement and verification of change order
- Reconciliation of claims with consultant/client
- Preparation of monthly reports.
- Coordinate with Consultants, Engineers, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers of various trade and discipline on all other related construction issues.
Construction Management Division:
- Responsible for monitoring and inspection on the quality of works. Ensure that it adheres to Specification and Plans base on Contract and General Condition.
- Coordinate witth Consultants and Engineers of various trade and discipline on the design and other related construction issues.
- Develop Project Execution Plan
- Conduct in-process inspection on actual construction works, monitor actual accomplishment against plan schedule and recommends construction methodologies or alternative solution for any potential problem that may arise that affects the timely delivery of the project.
- Conduct testing of materials (Concrete, Re-enforcing Steel Bars, Welding, Cement, Sand, Gravel and Soil quality test).
