Job Duties & Responsibilities:
•Supervise and Final checking of making a Test Packages of the contractors
•Coordinate with projects and planning on project time schedule, establish target completion to ensure target dates are achieved.
•Assist, provide clarification and Technical support to sub-contractor.
•Resolve the discrepancies on site of Isometric, Location plans, Piping plans with out delay of construction or production.
•Resolve the (RFI) Requisition for Information from the construction, base on project standards, Specification, ASME Code, etc.
•Reviewing incorporates and cross checks with other disciplines as appropriate, piping engineering and design information contained in vendors data and drawings as well as specification, drawings, all others technical document to ensure conformity with the project specification and requirement to ensure that they are done by the contractor.
•Oversee installation work in the field for pipework items as a client representative.
•Determines the scope of any piping areas not shown on the normal piping drawings, such as package unit interconnection piping and lubrication system on equipment, etc.
•Perform field checking of completed installation prior to turnover to the owner (client)
•Review of Method Statement.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
•Preparation of Bill of Materials as per Isometric drawing.
•Development of Piping Isometric drawing showing sufficient information to enable the fabrication of pipe spool and erection of pipe.
•Review installation/erection drawings/documents.
•Follow-up materials to procurement section.
•Make a Data sheets base in required design of the project.
•Prepare Material Take-Off as required by Documents /Drawings.
•Supervise and support to the CAD Designers and CAD Operators in preparation of drawings.
•Resolve design related problems, design changes or corrections with Production Departments.
•Coordinate to HVAC, Electrical, Control & Safety and Civil Engineers in preparation of drawings.
•Review drawings and check constructability and formal features in Piping/Mechanical drawings.
•Prepare Piping scope of work into workable Job Packages from Planning Schedule activities as define by Chief Engineer.
•Estimate Job Package by using agreed estimating norms.
•Up-date Job Package as per revisions, Site Queries, Clarification Request and Design Advise Note.
•Prepare Pressure Test Job Packages in accordance to Mechanical Completion Dossier and a Test diagram indicating the test limits.
•Development of Piping Arrangement Drawing extracted from Piping & Instrument Diagram (P&ID) showing piping equipment and other information sufficiently to enable the construction and operation of piping system.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
•Supervising a fabrication of pipe from small bore to 60 inches pipe diameter, different fittings and pipe supports.
•In-charge of piping demolition in pump station of ARAMCO.
•Preparation of schedule of work base on ARAMCO piping line shut-off.
•Securing a work permit from ARAMCO Operation.
•Checking and re-routing of piping with the possible access if there is an existing pipe or obstruction.
•Establish a fabrication yard to be accessible for any movement, after fit-up of pipe spool to transfer to sandblasting and painting area.
•Supervising of excavation and follow-up, with out delay of pipe laying crew due to ARAMCO piping schedule shut-off.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
•Checking of piping isometric drawings as reflected from piping general plan and elevation.
•In-charge of replacement of existing Asbestos pipe to Ductile pipe.
•Erection and Installation of pipe, Fire Hydrant and Supports.
•Re-routing of pipe with the possible access due to existing obstruction such as Drainage, Telephone & Electrical line.
•Supervising of excavation and follow-up, as per scheduled.
•Preparing of weekly schedule based on monthly schedule.
•Implementing the Hydro test procedure.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
•Prepare punch list relative to the inspection giving a full description of the non-conforming items or condition and re-inspect when rectification is completed.
•Perform inspection in accordance with the project specifications, procedures and standards.
•Prepare necessary report for every designated area of responsibilities.
•Perform in process inspection before and after fabrication or erection.
•Coordinate to key personnel involved in the project pertaining to quality matters.
•Perform inspection, testing and acceptance of on-going project.
•Supervise the implementation of on-going project.
•Implement proper tolerance/acceptance criteria in project specification.
•Perform necessary coordination with the sub-contractor and other trades regarding piping installation, construction implementation, safety and discuss problems arising with regards to the execution of works.
•Day to day monitoring of site progress and make necessary report to Supervisor.
