• Review and evaluate Variation Orders for ongoing projects, assessing technical justification,
cost impact, and schedule implications
• Perform structural analysis and design for buildings, including reinforced concrete, structural
steel, mat foundations, and bored pile systems, in compliance with applicable design codes
• Develop, monitor, and update construction schedules to ensure timely project execution and
adherence to approved timelines
• Supervise on-site construction activities as Project Inspector, ensuring compliance with
approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements
