Ensure to monitor and resolve issues in using ORYX Qatar System / GCG Subcontract system / ALNADEEB Customs Gateway systems and queries of All IMPORT customer’s.
Job Functions:
• Ensure all import data will transfer to customs database completely.
• Troubleshoot errors and resolve issues on a timely basis.
• Monitor all QR and OAL flight data submission.
• Attend queries of customers and processors.
• Update OAL flight in ORYX system to capture data from other stations.
• Coordinating in Customs.
• Provide 1st level of support to Qatar Customs Clearance Single Window system for agents.
IT / MIS
• Provide 1st and/or 2nd level support to Printers, Servers, Desktops support.
• Provide helpdesk service to end-user, troubleshooting issues related to Hardware,
Applications, Laptop, Notebook, Networks and emails
• Experience & knowledge of Win XP, Win Vista, Win 7, MS Office printer
etc.
• Familiar with the concepts of basic LAN/WAN networking infrastructure
• Experience in desktop hardware troubleshooting and diagnosis
• Provide advice and assistance to users on the usage of simple functional features of software
and hardware peripherals
• Perform basic administrative support, asset management and routine IT housekeeping
Services
• Ensure the proper running of IT equipment and systems
• Experience supporting end users for their daily PC usage problem
• Installing/configuring new computers/printers
• Repairing upgrading PC hardware and software
• Responsible for setting up all new hardware, including network routes
• Conduct computer health check (apply all latest security patches, upgrade to
Latest revision of software, ensure anti-virus signature is updated and ensure
Mobile Backup is performed etc.) for users
• Exchange email support, & liaising with vendors & external parties to resolve
Problems
• Administer & manage Company-purchased computer software & licenses
Cargo
• Ensure all export operation will run smoothly.
• Check and identify cargoes to be accepted.
• Ensure all cargoes were thoroughly screened and check for any damages.
• Prepare necessary documents for all special cargoes accepted.
• Double check all Master Air Way Bill and all other documents such as Custom Declaration, House Manifest, Security Declaration, TSA for US bound shipments only etc, rendered by agent information and attachments are all correct before segregating and loaded into the aircraft to prevent amendments.
• Double check all the system update for proper transmittal for different Airlines.
• Check all E-mail concerns regarding flights operations, irregularity reports, any Airlines Operation Circulars.
• Very well versed in Cargo CUBIC system and Groupwise E-mail for Cathay Pacific Cargo both operation and reservation.
• Very well versed in CSP system for Asiana Airlines Cargo.
• Ensure to prepare and check manifest against the actual build up.
• Double check all finished cargo build-up before loading to the aircraft.
• Ensure the proper segregation of documents to be rendered to local departments, filings and documents to be loaded on the flight as well.
• Ensure to maintain the company KPI and OTP.
• Ensure to retrieve incoming documents from flight and properly segregate for local authorities.
• Ensure to double check for any irregularity upon break bulk and report immediately to the station office.
• Inform consignee for the arrival of their cargo.
• Taking reservation for all agents and inquiries.
• Do after sales for agent’s information.
• Customer Oriented Person.
• Also caters Freighter Flights loading information. Handled aircraft DC10/B747-300 and 400/ Airbus 330-300 and Airbus 340-300
• And ensure to prepare a load plan for tomorrows flight
Warehouse
• Ensure smooth operations on incoming/outgoing shipments
• Stock in and do daily inventory check for company materials and import
