Oversee and managed the whole maintenance of landscaping and irrigation work including turf/grass maintenance in Royal Commission Jubail S-30 project with the total of 350 manpower.
• Responsible for managing the operation and maintenance of landscaping, turf, and irrigation in parks and residential areas.
• Developed plan and work schedule for the operation and maintenance including new development work under the contract.
• Defined clear targets from client requirements and communicated to other team members for implementation.
• Coordinated and facilitated meetings to make decisions across three 3 internal department and teams with involve discipline.
• Prepared periodic accomplishment reports by power point and presented to Royal Commission.
• Worked with landscape architect and irrigation designer for detailed programs, cost estimates as well as scheduling and sequencing of work to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with key duties, milestone and proper interfacing with other activities
• Supervised the work of 350 total manpower, offering constructive feedback on their work performance.
• Represents the contractor in performance of the contract, direct administration and site personnel for the operation and maintenance project with 150 total manpower
• Directed all phases of project from initiation to closing.
• Drafted 6 deliverables each month such as monthly progress report, financial reports, and weekly reports during project duration.
• Directed planning, budgeting, vendor selection and quality assurance efforts.
• Spearheaded the new innovation projects such as, but not limited to; conversion of surface irrigation system to subsurface system, resulting in reduction of monthly water consumption of 25%.
• Supervised the work of 150 team members, offering constructive feedback on their work performance.
• Defined clear targets and objectives and communicated to other team members.
• Monitored timelines and flagged potential issues to be addressed.
• Coordinated design meetings and decisions across three 3 internal departments and teams with involve discipline.
• Assessed vendor products and maintained positive vendor relations.
• Collaborated with the Finance and Logistic department to deliver the needed materials and equipment in timely and orderly manner.
• Coordinate all matters related to the irrigation systems operation, maintenance, and construction.
• Ensure that all the irrigation designs for the various project sites are coordinated with respect to their interfaces, uses of materials, finishes, amenities, and landscape features
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
• Direct all aspects of irrigation operations
• Prepares irrigation preventive maintenance schedule.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance scheduling
• Maintain client relations and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Evaluate & report on design work-scope changes & variations
• Work with Landscape Architect or Irrigation Designer for detailed programs as well as scheduling and sequencing of work to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with key dates, milestones and proper interfacing with other activities.
• Review and evaluate monthly progress reports submitted by Irrigation Supervisors.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and interim progress reports to identify status, work progress, items of concern, and other important subjects to the management.
• Perform engineering duties in planning, designing and
overseeing manufacturing ram pumps and construction water
systems and other engineering undertakings and ensures that
they conform to established engineering and government
standards.
• Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, and other
topographical data to plan projects;
• Conduct hydraulic computations to determine design
specifications;
• Conduct studies of environmental conditions to identify
engineering problems and assessed potential impacts of the
project;
• Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at
project site;
• Direct surveying teams to layout pipes and other structures and
establish reference points and elevations to guide construction;
• Conduct estimates quantities and cost materials, equipment, or
labor to determine project feasibility;
• Monitor progress to ensure conformance to design specifications
and safety or sanitation standards;
• Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or
program modifications to the project partner or local government
unit.
• Conduct survey and prepare reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, and other topographical data to plan projects;

• Supervise construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site;
• Estimates quantities and cost materials, equipment, or manpower to determine project feasibility;

• Submit periodic report to the CEO as to progress, completion or assessment/evaluation of a project.
Agricultural engineering-shall refer to the profession requiring the application of the fundamental and known principles of engineering to the peculiar condition and requirements of agriculture as an industry and as a field of science, and shall include, but not limited to, the following: (1) Consultation, valuation, investigation and management services on agricultural engineering; (2) Management or supervision and the preparation of engineering designs, plans, specifications, project studies and estimates for agricultural, aquaculture and fishery, and forest product machinery, agricultural buildings and structures, farm electrification and energy systems, agricultural processing equipment, irrigation and soils conservation systems and facilities, agricultural waste utilization systems and facilities; (3) Conducting research and development, training and extension work, and consultancy services on agricultural engineering facilities/services, system and technologies; (4) Testing, evaluation and inspection of agricultural, fishery and forest product machinery and other related agricultural engineering facilities and equipment; (5) Management, manufacturing and/or marketing of agricultural machinery and other related agricultural engineering facilities and equipment;
