- Aircraft ground handling: Flight supervision, Visa arrangements, VIP handling, Catering services, Meet & greet services, Ground transfer, Security services, Cargo & baggage handling, Crew & VIP needs, Hotel bookings, Airline tickets, Visa arrangements
- Individual & group tours including special packages & holidays, Concierge services
- Manage the off-loading/ loading procedures of aircraft
- Manage the full turnaround of aircraft, coordinating resources and processes
