• In addition to the below Logistics operations tasks mentioned; I’ll be handling the demand planning for Levant region. Main task is to coordinate with the customers/distributors to put their demand/orders of our products and ensure that these quantities can be produced in the needed timing with factories.

• Follow Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process and run consensus meetings with the sales managers of each country under Levant, with CP&A Teams and with customers on a monthly basis to align on the quantities/orders that were put by the customers.


• Ensure that customers don’t go out of stock of any product and maintain 45 days Cover stock at distributor warehouse as per the company standards.

• Provides and approves consolidated final Demand Forecast to the Supply team.
Coordinate with the product supply of each product category to make sure that factories are providing us with the right allocation.
• Works directly with senior managers across Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, Finance and Supply Planning. ISC interface with customers and sales to improve Forecast accuracy, implement best practice processes, and develop new systems and to bring better unconstrained long term business forecasting.

• I’m managing a Team of 2 people; the Logistics Inbound coordinator whose responsibility is to perform daily tasks including invoicing, processing returns, SAP transactions; and the warehouse supervisor is responsible of our 2 warehouses for returns and storage of POS materials.

• I’m handling both Logistics and Customer Service areas. Everything related to shipments and logistics for Levant Region (Lebanon; Jordan and Syria); booking containers; shipping from different sources; choose best service/price shipping line; taking care of clearance and delivery to customers. I lead this are into an improvement in productivity and reduction in the shipments cost of around 20%.

• Following up on the Ageing of finished goods with our customers and our sales Team. A close follow up should allow us to reduce the amount of returns of finished goods we will be receiving in our warehouse and less destruction and costs will occur. The returns warehouse we have for destruction of goods should meet the Global standards of security and safety. My achievements in ageing stocks was by reducing the amount of returns by around 40% by shipping fresh stocks to customers in addition of signing a return policy with the customer obliging them to pay 40% from the amount of returns.


• SAP user: All transactions made on the system such as purchase orders; sales orders; deliveries and issuing invoices, in order of extracting report from the system such as goods available in stocks etc...

• Meet our company/region selling targets (GR and NR) versus contract. Arrange for meetings with demand planning teams; product supply; finance; sales teams to ensure that all teams are aligned on the sales numbers and coordinate for better achievement of the numbers.
• Contracts issuance in favor of our forwarders/suppliers; checking the content of the contracts; share them with our internal legal department and finance for any input from their side and proceed with required signatures.

• Meet CS&L KPI’s for the region. KPI’s such as productivity target 5% per year; on time deliveries of shipments target of 90%; on time clearance deliveries target of 10 days; DIOH; Waste etc…

• I have a signature in the company as my name is available in the commercial circular; I can sign checks and transfers up to the amount of USD 100, 000; in addition to signing all documentation related to logistics…


• Handling export of finished products and POSM Materials to Levant and GCC countries. This part includes booking containers/trucks, issue needed documentation and proceed with legalization; arrange for loading; checking vessel schedules and chose most appropriate rate/transit time combination.

Logistics Operations Supervisor (Levant Region) at Mondelez International

• I was handling all export jobs from Lebanon to Levant and GCC countries. Ensuring that production will finish on time; coordination with the warehouse team regarding loading; booking containers/trucks; issuing documentation and shipping on the nearest vessel to the destination.

• On the other hand I was taking care of all import shipments to Levant region (Lebanon; Jordan & Syria); issuing orders on SAP Catalyst system; follow up orders with the sources; taking care of clearance at destinations and ensuring delivery to customers.

• Issue Forwarders/Clearing Agent Contracts and follow up Expiry dates and coordinate with Legal Team for renewals.

• Work with Global Team to reduce freight rates and increase free number of days for demurrage at destination. This will allows us to increase productivity.

Export Manager at Sakr Power Systems S.A.L.

• As an export manager; the focus of my job was on exporting finished goods which are Generators to many countries in the world including; middle east; Africa and Europe.

• The main job was focusing on follow up with production team on orders; coordinating with the warehouse team regarding loading date and equipment needed; booking containers/trucks and shipping on the nearest vessel to destination. This job requires also issuing right documentation and legalizations as each country has specific requirements.

• In addition to finished goods; I was taking care of shipping spare parts to different countries in Europe; Africa and Middle East where Generators are shipped.
