Reporting to Country Manager and managing a team of 4 (1 showroom Manager, 2 Sales Executive, 1 Warehouse Supervisor)
Managing, training and motivating existing sales team to drive revenue growth
Developing efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory and target setting for the sales team
Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to Country head
Mapping potential customers and generating leads for the organization
Developing creative promotional strategies to attract more customers.
Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements
Reporting to Trading Sales Manager and managing a team of 2 (1 Sales Executive, 1 Warehouse Supervisor)
Conduct technical investigations and failure analyses (relative to water proofing), provide in-depth reports of findings, recommendations and appropriate alternatives for repair & service.
Provide in-field problem solving with the Construction Team (Architect, General Contractor, subcontractors) to avert or correct problems.
Managing all technical operations and Sales operations in the Bekaa area including stock management and pricing.
Forecasting consumer demand and determining the types and amounts of goods to be sold based on records of purchases, sales, and requisitions and market situation.
Planning and coordinating advertising campaigns and sales promotions, and preparing merchandise displays and advertising copy.
Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
Conducting market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups
Contributing to, and developing, sales plans and strategies
Monitoring competitor activity
Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Identifies current & future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential & Actual customers in a position to understand service requirements.
Ensures availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories.
Formulates pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; authorizing clearance sales; studying trends.
Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans; analyzing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
