•Providing Assistance to the VIPs and Passenger to the Lounge (Reserve Lounge, Domestic Lounge and International Lounge)
•Handling UNM (Unaccompanied Minor) and YP (Young Passenger)
•Preparing VIP & CIP list and checking other related information by using SITA SOFTWARE
•Providing the best alternative solution for customers by interacting verbally or face to face
