Manage Sales and Procurement using SAP (ERP).
Raise Purchase orders using Peach tree (Sage- ERP system), sourcing material as per required Specifications, Work with sales team / QS for approvals and get quotations. Order material & follow up (INCO terms, clearing ).
Prepare submittals including Data/ Specification sheets for Project Managers/ Consultants approval, provide inspection reports, mill certificates, mix design reports (SRC/OPC concretes), get FF/FA/Data & Telephone quotations.
Follow up with stores for MOQs & re-order levels, random check items to ensure the records are accurate.
Major in mathematics, other subjects are Statistics and Physics. Studied Computer programming (Gpascal) and Dbase 3 as a subject.
