Currently working in Nokia since 04-March-2016, in the Central IP Planning Team on the Vodafone India National Country Backbone and Circle Networks as an IP Planning & Design Engineer.

Primary responsibilities include having face-to-face discussion with Customer regarding new service/mobility requirements across India, understanding the same on IP/MPLS perspective, and providing a High-Level-Design document for the solution implementation.

Other responsibilities include providing Method-of-Procedure (i.e. configuration MOPs) for solution implementation depending on nature of the solution.

In the Network Operations Team of Virtela Technologies (an NTT Company), primarily working on Core Data Center Technologies and also on the remote sites.

Troubleshooting QoS problems, IPsec tunnel issues, traffic flow issues (usually from remote-sites into DataCenter Access-Layer), Wireless Lan Controller (or Access Point) issues and implementing new Service Requests (e.g. implementing new service-VLAN across the remote-site and advertising it into BGP over MPLS, Private-VLAN configuration, Build new IPsec tunnel, Load-Balancing configuration on Cisco CSS & F5 Load-Balancers, traffic manipulation inside DataCenter which includes modifying appropriate Access-List & also Policy-Based Routing Logic alongwith appropriate IGP cost manipulation, adding in-path rules & Certificate Upgrade for Riverbed Steelhead WAN Optimizers, handling DNS/DHCP services via InfoBlox, SNMP configuration, were the Key Responsibility areas).

Also handle unseen Major-Incidents depending on the nature of problem.
Sometimes it may be module failure for an important node, or maybe a configuration issue after new service integration.
