Commissioning and start-up of Butane Isomerisation unit and Sulfuric acid regeneration unit.
The objective of the Butane Isomerisation Unit is to convert a nC4 rich stream to a iC4 rich stream.
The process developed and licensed by “AXEN IFP GROUP TECHNOLOGIES”. Plant is designed for a total capacity of 100, 500 Kg/hr. nC4 rich stream
Sulfuric acid regeneration unit will process spent acid coming from Alkylation and H2S gas from refinery with a plant capacity of 325MTPD (100% H2SO4 Basis). The plant is designed by “MECS SULFURIC ACID AND ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNOLOGIES”.
Involved in commissioning of Isomerisetion reactor, H2 compressor, Feed dryers, Stabilizer, Caustic scrubber, spent Sulfuric acid Decomposition furnace, SO3 convertor, Revers jet scrubber.
Pre-commissioned and commissioned of cryogenic liquid Nitrogen package and liquid Nitrogen tank of cap.206cu.m and high pressure nitrogen transfer pump.
Pre-commissioned and commissioned of Instrument air and plant air package having multi stage centrifugal air compressor and PSA system.
Pre-commissioned and commissioned GTG (S-700) and Steam generation package of capacity - 100T.
Preparation of flushing packages.
Responsible for preparation of PTW for commissioning activities.
Pre-commissioned and commissioned cryogenic propylene tank of cap.53841cu.m, Propylene compressor motor driven and steam turbine driven, Cryogenic Propylene transfer pump, Flare system of cap.-100580 kg/hr.
Monitor and control the multi stage centrifugal compressor driven by motor and steam turbine through DCS/SCADA.
Monitoring and controlling the process variables through YOKOGAWA CENTUM-VP DCS.
Monitor and control the receipt, storage, transfer, ship loading and delivery of Propylene at very low temperature.
Following the safe startup & Shutdown procedures & work permit system.
Assisting to shift in charge for safe plat operation, troubleshooting & energy monitoring.

Actively participated and prepared the documents for pre commissioning and commissioning activities of various Oil & Gas processing units. This includes Preparation of pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures and its implementation for field activities like line flushing and cleaning - it may be water flushing, air blowing or cardboard blasting, chemical cleaning, oil flushing, steam blowing etc. depending upon the nature of fluid handing in the system, system dry out, system box up, leak test, chemical filling, inertizing, nitrogen displacement with feed intake etc. Before commissioning of each units other activities like checking of plant for completion as per P&ID - conformity check, preparation of punch list, functional test of rotary equipment, stroke checking of control valves, external and internal inspection of column, vessel etc.
To prepare procedures for pre commissioning and commissioning activities.
To plan and executive the pre commissioning and commissioning activities.
Supervise the preparation of the pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up and handing over site activities in accordance with the relevant procedures
Develop punch item database by systems, checking for completion and close-out of punch items accordingly with client and company agreed standards,
Inspection of vessels, heat exchangers, distillation column and other process equipments as per P & ID, PFD and Isometric.
To make plan for hydro jetting, water flushing, card board blasting, steam blowing, and pneumatic testing and leak test.
Inspection & run in of all rotary equipments

Supervision and Controlling of 45 TPD plant operating parameters trough PLC based automation. \[Siemens - S7 300\]
Responsible for hourly checking of parameter & working of expansion Turbine, main air compressor, Chiller’s & cooling tower pump through DCS/SCADA.
Achieving the agreed production targets and involves in process related trouble shooting
Reviewing unit operating data, operators log, instruction log book and
PLC data and recommend the necessary corrective action.
Optimizing unit operation.
Reviewing daily production report and report any abnormity to Shift Operator.
Manage all activities related to Production and Maintenance.
Supervision of Oxygen, Nitrogen, Carbon dioxide & Argon cylinder filling at high pressure.
Responsible for chemical dosing to cooling water to maintain its HP & to eliminate any biological growth.
Preparation of Bill Of Material as per Scope of Supply for New Project
Preparation of technical specification for pumps, heaters, Filters, Blowers, Valves, etc.
Indent for Bought out equipment’s as per priority and coordination with Purchase department for quotation analysis, order and vendor follow-up up to inspection and dispatch.
Coordination with design department for preparation of P& I Diagram, G A Drawing, Equipment drawing as per priority and checking of drawing.
Coordination with PPC Department for Estimation, material allocation, and job loading to fabrication shop and for outdoor vendors
Coordination with Production department for job completion within time limit and followup for the same.
Visit to Project site to Check Site status of our scope as well as Clients scope activity and coordination and planning meeting with client
Dispatch instruction to Store and dispatch team as per inspection and test reports with payment status
