Responsibilities:
• Development and life cycle management of public Wi-Fi product
• Lead Stadium Wi-Fi project (Technical and Sponsorship activations)
• Lead Wi-Fi connectivity App
• Working with marketing team to create go to market strategies

• Set up business strategies for enhancing profitability and customer base for the broadband business
• Pricing/positioning of product, developing marketing plans & collaterals for new & existing product.
• Creation of BRS & working with cross functional team to development of new product/ functionality
• Product performance reporting
• Regulatory reporting and support to regulatory team on regulatory queries
• Trainings on product/functionality changes to trainers & operations team including Order entry, Installation team, Customer Support, Call centres (inbound & Outbound) & Channel Partners
• Vendors engagement for product/services related requirements
