Breakdown Analysis and Report

 Identifying the root cause of failures and implementing quick breakdown solutions to put the machines back in operation within minimum turnaround time.
 Analyzing the key cause behind breakdown and implementing preventive action plan to ensure avoid repeating similar problems.
 Review fleet availability of all the fleets for operation and workshop on daily basis and allocating repairing job accordingly.
 Ensuring maximum manpower utilization through task cards to achieve operational efficiency.
 Monitor the quality of repairs carried out in-house & out-sourced.
 Review & analyze the profit & loss statements of each fleet & report the deviations / variance to budget & abnormal expenses.
 Review the vehicle passing back log report & coordinate with all departments for expediting the activity.
 Dealing with all matters related to mechanical division requiring prompt decision making.

 Once in a month entire vehicle, equipment and machinery being check-up to find any existing problem and repair accordingly to enhance the equipment performance and avoid any unexpected breakdown which might cause of delay the projects.
 Organizing the meeting on weekly/monthly basis along-with project manager, all site in-charge and sr. executives to improve and making convenient process for using plant and equipment at required site/place and make sure no machinery is using by wrong manner or that is left unused at site.

Procurement / Spare Management
 Keeping all the running spares in stock for quick repair of any vehicle/machinery.

 Worked as Workshop In-charge in Plant Machinery & Vehicle Department at CP-07B Lusail Project, QD-SBG Construction (Saudi Binladin Group), Doha, Qatar from 27th Nov 2015 to 13th May 2018.
