Responsible for operation, repairs and maintenances of Excavator 200/210/300, Grader, Dozer, Generator, Backhoe loader and Tippers.
Responsible for timely maintenance & quick repair to keep the down-time minimum.
Monitoring the spare parts inventory & maintaining minimum stock inventory
Preparing annual and monthly budgets, fuel consumption and lubrication consumption reports of plant and equipment fortnightly
Preparing Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports (Hour meter, Stand By, Breakdown Reports) as per the scope of work in project sites
Performed independently with the team of technician Corrective and Preventive maintenance on all Cummins make Diesel Generator (DG) sets from X-series to KTA series, from 7 kva to 1500 kva all Tata Cummins make Diesel Engine from 30 kva to 125 kva, Kirloskar DG from 125 to 200 kva. All above said Engines & DG are used for Different Applications like Construction, Automotives and Fire Pump etc
Carried out Successfully Dismantling and assembling of all above said, Changed Mechanical Governor system to Electronics Controlled Governor
Worked and well versed in carrying out corrective and Preventive Maintenance on all Cummins make Engines Panels Like Cluster Panel, Electronics Control Panel (ECP), Electronic Control Governor Panel (ECPG), Power command Panel 301, 1301, Powercom, power Command Control Panel (2100 & 3100) and PSO 500 also carried out up gradation and conversion as per clients requirement.
