Working in the Incoming material inspection.
Checking as per the engineering drawings dimensions and as built structure of the materials.
Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, process and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
Resolving the Quality issues by identifying the problems, examining and implementing corrective actions.
Co-ordinating with vendors for different activities related to quality.
Co-ordinating with the design department for technical needs.
Co-ordinating with Production, Bioprocess department and following up of schedules, deadlines and delivery dates.
Identifying the new supplier if there is a requirement for localization & developing them to required standards.
Good knowledge about pipeline weld map drawings, weld log and Borescope inspection of weld joints of pipelines.
Documents preparation as per the ASME standards and customer requirements.
ISO activities as per the department and company requirement.
Handling the Instruments Calibration.
Handling the QC documents as per the QC manuals.
Maintaining the standard and quality of goods and materials.
Verifying certificates according to the ASME codes and standards.
