 Preparing MS-Project template of the projects for tracking the resource related costs of the project.
 Preparing MS-excel sheets for different materials calculating the quantity required for different specific phases of the project.
 Work allocation to different resources on a daily basis, as per site manager’s instructions.
 Regular monitoring and tracking of the progress of work.
