Handling the project viz
• Plan and prepare the schedule in MSP, time to time updating of the program. Moreover, Ensure that all concern persons are aware of the schedule.
• To work out the resource requirement to fulfill the schedule prepared i.e. Manpower, Material, and Equipment.
• Preparing the safe lifting plan using AutoCAD for lifting the heavy equipments and make sure about lifting procedures, Risk assessments, safety analysis, Load chart, Load testing, certification of the crane & other lifting equipments, tool box talk and permit for work from client.
• Prepare the required presentation to regulatory organization.
• Analyze the gap between planned v/s achieved.
• To assist the project manager in monitoring of work plans, resource utilization productivity studies etc.
• Preparation of daily, monthly, season ending report.
• Attending the meeting with client and report on the progress of the works in a daily basis. Ensure optimal utilization of all common tools and processes.
• Monitor all communications and provide efficient feedback for all processes.
• Coordinating and regulating various meeting such as project progress review meeting to Ensure project schedule is on track to meet deadlines.
