* Develop professional expertise in technical and creative aspects of Localization and how these services fit within the Deluxe ecosystem and the entertainment industry.
* Establish and manage project schedules, and ensure due dates are met on time and within budget.
* Communicate with internal departments, external vendors, and clients around the world.
* Create or update reports by collecting data from various sources and entering into spreadsheet or database. This may include project shell entry, delivery document, new and revised client specifications, approval dates, revenue and
labor estimates, etc.
* Proactively identify potential issues with projects in progress and find creative solutions to meet or exceed client expectations.
* Exercise good judgment and resourcefulness in addressing and escalating issues as they arise.
* Communicate with critical departments regarding project specs, revisions, and approvals.
* Perform database testing and provide relevant feedback.
* Coordinate creation of subtitles, closed captions, dubbed audio, scripts, audio description tracks, or related deliverables in multiple languages for clients
primarily in the entertainment space.
* Train new joiners on technical aspects and system in place for work.
* Provide refresher trainings as needed for team members (locally and globally)
* Streamline objectives and roles of individuals in the team by holding periodic meetings and huddles to enhance team building.
* QC Localized content.

* Assist Manager of renewal teams in building out the renewal sales process.
* Working with various departments across the organization to advocate for the customer and work together to resolve any issues.
* Manage outbound and inbound calls with customers regarding renewal quotes, products, pricing, programs, up/cross selling etc.
* Working with customers to resolve any issues which may be preventing them from maintaining a relationship with Byju's.
* Resolving order issues with customer service and order management.
* Maintaining accurate customer master record including lead details, software expiration dates, shipping address, updating customer contact information.
* Performing other administrative support duties as requested.
* Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems.
* Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
* Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
* Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
* Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
* Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.
* Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
