• Conduct damage assessment on newly vacated units, ensuring appropriate charges were
applied to customer for any damage incurred during tenancy.

• Develops BMS and VAV programs using Johnson Control PCT
• Develops FCU control and Graphics using Johnson Control FX-Workbench
• Install field devices such as Differential Pressure Switch for fans, Level Sensors for Tanks,
Pressure Sensors for Pumps, etc.
• Commissions DDC Panel and Programming
• Tests, troubleshoot, maintain, analyses and correct network communication (software and
hardware) related to BMS System
• Maintains documentation regarding BMS progress
• Responsible for the technical team for BMS System

• Understood the Control Philosophy, P&ID, and System Architecture
• Worked closely with co-programmers to review, test, and troubleshoot PLC,
HMI, and SCADA systems, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
