Currently working as a Project Engineer in BAPCO Refinery leading a team of 110 employees in civil, mechanical and piping and reporting to Project Manager. (Waste Water Treatment Plant
Project)
Duties & Responsibilities :
1. Ensuring all engineering works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, standards and contractual requirements, with due regards to safety and quality.
2. Monitor staffing needs, evaluate performance, and address employee relation issues as
warranted for field staff.
3.Managing project budgets and keeping costs down.
4. Assist Project Manager by preparing all necessary back up relating to change requests.
5. Preplanning each activity in site on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
6. Distribute contract documents to subcontractors, including drawings, specifications, and general conditions.
7. Forecasting material, equipment and manpower requirements in various disciplines.
8. Attend in the construction meetings, take accurate and complete meeting minutes and distribute timely
9. Responsible for timely completion of all required project close-out documents per contract.
1. Supervised a team of 48 employees
2. Executing work according to project schedule.
3. Working as a liaison between Operation Manager and different disciplines involved in the project.
4. Preparing the Look Ahead schedule and resource forecasting for the engineering and
other technical activities involved in the project.
5. Inter discipline coordination and overall quality control of the work.
6. Participating in Client/contractor meetings and resolving Client/engineering and management project issues.
7. Daily monitoring of site activities.
1. Passed with First Class in Mechanical Engineering Degree from a Govt Engineering College .
