• Provide end-to-end recruitment support from planning and sourcing to hiring of professionals across the EMEA and APAC region.
• Headhunt talent locally, regionally, and globally for core and niche functional roles at various levels - from junior to MD.
• Manage multiple vacancies in different locations and functions in parallel.
• Recruit for the MENA Region (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Kuwait, Bahrain, Iraq and Lebanon).
• Analyze customers’ requirements and develop appropriate search to look for suitable candidates.
• Develop Job descriptions when needed.
• Search for eligible candidates for opening position.
• Filter candidates’ profiles and screen their CVs in line with the customer’s requirements.
• Support candidates through the selection process.
• Handle applications received on our website, by emails, on LinkedIn, etc.
• Update candidates on their application status.
• Format candidates’ CVs.
• Schedule interviews to multiple team members.
• Post advertisements on multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Bayt, Gotogulf, Indeed, Monster and Facebook).
• Conduct virtual interview with junior level candidates.
• Train new staff members.
• Inform the suppliers when the check is ready and remind them again when needed.
• Handle the monthly data entry process of banks’ saving accounts.
• Record transactions related to phone bills, credit card payments, and transfers.
• Place appointments for those who registered to the chamber’s halls.
• Assist new comers with the commercial registering process.
• Brainstorm about decisions that tackle recommendation letters from worldwide embassies.
• Coordinate events that occurred during my internship period.
