 Working as a Quality Assurance Coordinator
 Dealing with store and supplier related complaints involving guest/ non guest
 Conducting an in-dept analysis of the complaints to determine the root cause.
 Ensuring that corrective actions taken towards the complaints are in place.
 Assist store to abide by the food safety standards
 Coordinating with the field team to make sure that the stores and suppliers abide by the food safety standards set by QA.
 Corresponding with store with Regards to guest/ food safety complaint.
 Communicating with suppliers for any food safety related complaints
 Assisting new store to set safety first (Safety First is a platform where the stores can raise complaints related to food issues concerning the supplier or stores (guest complaints)
 Updating supplier and store contact list.
 Working with supply chain team for issues related to suppliers.
 Working on report
