Executes marketing strategies and plans to meet projected attendance and revenue goals for Dubai Parks and Resorts. Continually evaluates and optimises marketing campaigns, and channels to achieve KPIs and brand objectives and to compete successfully with other local and regional destinations. Reviews all branded content across marketing and sales channels, PR, social media, and web, ensuring compliance with the brand content quality standards, brand guidelines, park IP guidelines, and brand tone of voice.
Manages and implements marketing strategy across B2C and B2B channels. Controls and reviews all branded content across marketing and sales channels, PR, social media, and the web, and ensures compliance with brand content quality standards and brand guidelines. Manages strategic partners to create successful offerings to increase brand awareness and bring incremental revenues to the hotel.
Collaborates and amplifies marketing campaigns and offerings through corporate's web, dedicated social media platforms and third party websites. Prepares creative briefs for artwork development; tactical promotions, brand campaigns, seasonal and monthly promotions for F&B, rooms, and sports and leisure.
Ensures media and marketing plans are adhered to throughout each fiscal year to meet annual targets. Prepares campaign execution summary for internal distribution. Keeps records of all marketing activities, including redemption reports as needed, to assess the success of each marketing initiative.
Manages and supports content uploads on brand.com. Collaborates with the team to develop a monthly e-newsletter and maintain an updated and appropriately segmented database record.
