• Identifying the training and development needs within the organisation.
• Designing and developing training and development calendar based upon the organisational needs;
• Preparing the training and development budget and ensuring that all the training initiatives (both internal as well as external) are in line with the budget
• Delivering and facilitating the corporate training programs such as St Regis Service Culture Pathway, Train the Trainer programme.
• Developing and conducting an effective induction program, and ensuring a smooth transition of the new incumbent into the organisation.
• Spearheading the Departmental Cross Training programme within the organisation
• Preparing and delivering English Language classes for staff members
• Liaising and Organising with the external companies for the mandatory external training such as First Aid Certification, Communication classes, within the budgeted parameters
