• Identifying the training and development needs within the organisation.
• Designing and developing training and development calendar based upon the organisational needs;
• Preparing the training and development budget and ensuring that all the training initiatives (both internal as well as external) are in line with the budget

Recruitment
• Working in Gallup and Taleo powered recruitment applications for effective hiring.
• Ensuring the recruitment requirements of the company are fulfilled as per the manpower budgeting
• Negotiating and offering win - win job contracts to the selected candidates
