Supervises and coordinates activities of household employees engaged in cooking, cleaning, and related domestic duties: Oversees serving of luncheon and dinner, sets table, directs workers in serving meals, or personally serves them.Maintaining a high level of communication with various departments internally as well as externally. Receives and announces guests. Arranging and preparing personal belongings for travel.
• Liaises closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, Spa and F&B Departments, Private Dinning and Stewarding.
• Maintains and protects the privacy and security of in-house guests and provides a continual source of help, assistance and information
• Maintaining a high level of communication with various departments internally as well as externally Front Office Executive and Traditional Butler Service.
• Assisting the guest with all their needs with regards to ticketing, itineraries, city tours, golf and various other sports bookings.
• Expertise with Opera and FIDELIO Property Management System. Responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel and Micros.
• Arranging exclusive parties and meetings for our Guest at short notice and the same maintaining a high level of standard.
• Ensures all expected arrival rooms or suites and occupied rooms are set-up, checked and in order as per the guest preferences in accordance with the set standard.
• Responsible for the Cash Float allocated to the Summer Houses and auxiliary records and transactions. Provides a full cashier and currency exchange service.
• Handling inquiries/bookings for Reservations in different occasions such as Wedding, Debut, Baptismal, Kiddy Party, Business Meetings and private Functions; Liaising with Banquet Sales, clients, and designers to create a brand/look for the event.
• Creates and implements professionalism sales dealing to achieve greater profitability
Through; Increasing Food and Beverage check, Increasing business volume, Enhancing the image of the restaurant and Ensure the client’s satisfaction is met.
• Coordinates and supervises the execution of all banquet functions to ensure clients' specifications are adhered to.
• Co-coordinating venue management, caterers, stand designers, contractors and equipment hire;
• Co-coordinating staffing requirements and staff briefings for Banquets;
• Attends to client comments, complaints and requesting regarding Food and Beverage service, quality, Facilities, agreements, functions arrangement and significant activities in supervisors log book / contact book, informs notifies and discuss with Restaurant Manager.
