FRONTLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE
● Handles and resolves customers’ concerns/requests/complaints related to:
● Accounts, billing discrepancy, electrical maintenance troubleshooting, and service irregularity
● request for preventative and repair maintenance duties for distribution utility
● coordination of scheduled inspection, repair and preventative maintenance for concerned installed electric facility

ACCOUNTS HANDLING/PROVESS ANALYSIS
● Analyses data and presents findings in written reports
● Monitors and analyzes billing discrepancies
● Performs re-computation of erroneously rendered bills
● Generates Demand Letters and Surcharge Bills
● Performs reevaluation and re-computation of bills that resulted from violation of contracts and illegal service connections, and cases for cancellation and/or dropping
● Initiate field investigation orders for verification of delinquent accounts
● Ensures client’s facility/work documentation fulfills required quality standards
Maintains documents for every single service account/contract and review on every modification
● Prepares relevant recommendation memorandums, correspondence letters, and other relevant documents in timely and accurate manner, without missing or incorrect attachments/information
● Works collaboratively with electrical, inspection and operation engineers and internal staff
● Liaises with clients, contractors and relevant authorities (e.g. Energy Regulatory Commission, Paralegal Department, Business Centres, Subcontractors, etc.)
● Contracts Handling (Subsidiaries/Contractors)
● Coordinates any mishandling of Bill Delivery and Meter Reading Contractors
● Validates contract clauses and assesses contractors’ performances
● Prepares documentation relative to contractors’ monthly service charging
● Billing Adjustment and Payments Handling and Resolution
● Negotiates settlement of back-billing charges and penalties
