• Bidding and Team Support Duties:
Lead the end-to-end bid process, and prepare full bid submissions in response to RFI’s, RFP’s, RFQ’s, etc. for GCC countries (Kuwait, KSA, Qatar, UAE and Oman)
Coordinate and deliver presentations to clients, representing the company's capabilities and value proposition.
Coordinate with the team and stakeholders during the bid process to ensure that all inputs are as per the customers’ requirements and ensure the completeness and full compliance of the bids
Meet and coordinate with sales teams and customers to understand the requirements
Understand and Identify the strengths and weaknesses of the organization’s
Prepare, write, and review proposals and RFP’s
Prepare project costing and manage the budget
Respond to customers clarifications
Provide general administrative support to team members, such as preparing submissions, creating presentations, and coordinating meetings.
Bahrain Branch Administrative Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day administrative operations for the Bahrain branch, ensuring smooth workflow and operational efficiency
Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with purchase orders and contractual terms
Raise, track, and follow up on Purchase Requests (PRs) and coordinate approvals in line with company procedures
Support contract administration activities, including documentation tracking, renewals, and compliance follow-ups
Manage and support bidding activities for Bahrain-based opportunities, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
Act as a liaison between Bahrain branch operations, finance, procurement, and project teams to ensure timely execution of administrative and commercial processes
Vendor relations Duties:
Acting as a primary point of contact for vendors, addressing inquiries, providing necessary quotations, and facilitating effective communication channels.
Managing vendor relations, establishing and maintaining positive and productive relationships with suppliers and service providers.
Managing the Digicert Portal, efficiently performing tasks such as generating quotations, raising purchase requisitions (PRs), and placing orders through the portal.
Coordinating closely with customers and project managers to facilitate the installation and troubleshooting of SSL certificates, ensuring continuous communication and timely resolution of any issues
Following up vendor payments, verifying invoices against placed orders, addressing discrepancies, and ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
Working closely with finance and purchasing departments to resolve any clarifications regarding vendors and partners.
Maintaining excellent relations with business partners, overseeing deal registrations and proactively following up on opportunity status.
Engaging in audit activities conducted by vendors on the company.
Support BMC Helix solution sizing, pricing coordination, and preparation of commercial quotations in alignment with vendor licensing models and customer requirements
Provide technical and commercial coordination support for IBM, Splunk, and LogRhythm (LR) solutions, including licensing discussions, quotations, and coordination with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate solution positioning and pricing
